MAccAs the first quarter of the MAcc program came to an end, I was reflecting on my first quarter experience and what I wish I would have known at the beginning compared to what I know now. Graduate school is most definitely different from undergraduate, especially when you are attending a completely different institution. There are three key things I realized during my reflection of the first quarter that I think would be particularly useful to incoming MAcc students.

MAccMAcc, OSU football, Combined BSBA/MAcc, SaturdayLike most Ohio State students, my absolute favorite part of the fall is watching Ohio State football, and there is no better place to watch it than in the Shoe surrounded by 100,000 other fans. SMFWhen I entered the SMF program and heard there was an intensive 2-week preterm financial basics training course, I really had no clue what to expect. All I really knew was the course name, Financial Analysis and Valuation, and when to be on zoom the first day.
