Sarah Mangia, MA

Sarah Mangia serves as senior director for the Fisher College of Business’ Leadership Initiative. She is experienced in developing and implementing leadership development programs, courses and experiences for both high school and collegiate audiences. She holds a bachelor’s degree in leadership studies and sociology and a master’s degree in higher education and student affairs from The Ohio State University. Prior to her role with the Leadership Initiative, Sarah worked with the Office of Student Life’s Buckeye Leadership Fellows program. Sarah also serves on the board of the Central Ohio Leadership Academy, the premier leadership development experience for central Ohio’s most promising high school leaders.
