Mrudula Josyula

Mrudula Josyula, MA, CSCP, CCC, is a Senior Career Counselor at The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business and a Ph.D. candidate in Counseling Education and Supervision at the University of Cincinnati. Her research and clinical praxis focus on the intersection of career stressors, mental health integration, and systemic equity. She is the co-author of the chapter "Cultivating in the Margins" in the 2026 volume Social Resilience: Critical Responses to Challenges and Change (Vernon Press), which explores how individuals leverage collective agency and dignity to navigate structural obstacles.
