Dr. Meng Li is a leadership development consultant at the Leadership Initiative of Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University. She received her doctorate degree in industrial & organizational psychology from Central Michigan University. She has extensive applied and research experience on subjects related to perceived workplace favoritism, selection and assessment, person-organization fit, leadership development, employee attitudes, performance, and turnover.
