Marta A. Geletkanycz is an associate professor of Strategic Management at the Carroll School of Management, Boston College. She received her PhD from Columbia University. Her research explores social influences on executive leadership and corporate governance. It has appeared in leading academic journals such as Academy of Management Journal and Administrative Science Quarterly, where she serves as a review board member. Her findings have also been profiled in The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, Globe and Mail, as well as other media outlets.
