Julie P. Martin, PhD

Julie P. Martin, Ph.D. has two decades of formal and informal mentoring experience with a focus on expanding research capacity in STEM education. She is a former National Science Foundation program director and uses that experience to mentor faculty in navigating the proposal preparation and grant management processes. Julie is editor-in-chief of Journal of Women and Minorities in Science and Engineering, where her vision is to create a culture of constructive peer review in academic publishing. She is a fellow of the American Society for Engineering Education and the Assistant Vice President for Talent and Team Development at The Ohio State University Office of Knowledge Enterprise.
