Goo Hyeok Chung, PhD

Goo Hyeok Chung is an associate professor at Dongguk Business School, Dongguk University, Seoul, Korea. He received his B.A. in Mechanical Engineering from Yonsei University, his M.A. in Human Resources and Industrial Relations (HRIR) from the University of Minnesota, and his Ph.D. in Business Administration from Seoul National University. He formerly worked for Hyundai Engineering and Construction (HDEC) as a cost control engineer and for LG CNS as a system engineer, business analyst, and consultant. Adopting various (e.g., quantitative, qualitative, and review) methodologies, he has published his research on organizational change, innovation, HRM, and cultural entrepreneurship in several SSCI journals including Journal of World Business, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Review of Managerial Science, and Innovation: Organization & Management. His qualitative research on innovation implementation was recognized as an outstanding paper by Group and Organization Management, 2018.
