David Nickel, PhD

David taught as a lecturer in the Business MHR 2292 Course for the first time in the spring of 2026. He has served in several leadership positions in university, business, and industry environments. He worked for 20 years with the Goodyear Corporation and was head of the leadership and management development programs at his facility. He played a significant role in advancing the participative management programs within this corporation. David previously served for several years as an adjunct faculty member at Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the American Association of University Administrators.
