Dr. Corinne Post

Corinne Post is a management professor and department chair. She earned a doctorate in organization management at Rutgers Business School, a master’s in international management at University of Lausanne, Switzerland and a bachelor’s in organization management at University of Geneva, Switzerland. Prior to her academic career, she was an IT analyst and HR specialist for Accenture. Her research examines how diversity on team and boards of directors affects organizational outcomes and shapes careers. Professor Post’s research is published in leading academic journals and has been discussed in business media such as the Wall Street Journal.
