This past summer, I had the privilege of working at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Summer Associate for their Chase Associate Program (also known as CAP). CAP is JPMC’s leadership rotational program for MBA candidates and graduates. JPMC directly recruits Fisher MBA candidates, with recruitments starting as early as September. This summer, we had six Fisher MBA candidates working at the JPMC Polaris office in Columbus, Ohio. It definitely made the experience extra special knowing that I had friends to go through the summer with.
The past two months have been a little hectic for me, as I threw myself headfirst into the recruiting process. However, now after what feels like a million interviews, I can happily say I have a job lined up for after my graduation from the Specialized Master’s in Finance Program. Today, I thought I would share what the recruiting process looked like for me and give you some tips I picked up along the way.

It’s hard to believe the MAcc Program is already coming to an end. These nine months have truly flown by in a flash. It seems as though it was yesterday when I was still adjusting to a virtual graduate school environment. However, this past year has brought many learning skills and advice I want to pass on to incoming students.
