Although Yoda did make many mistakes serving as the Grand Master of the Jedi Order (most notably not recognizing Palpatine was a Sith), and mistakes regarding his relationship with Anakin, this article does not accurately depict why Yoda made the decisions he made in the provided examples. Albeit the principal of the article is well intended, the relationship between Yoda and Anakin is much more complex than what is seen in just the prequels.
