Hi Peter-- To me, it seems like there are some exogenous factors that also need to be considered in this huge change. One major one for some people is the additional time they now have available because they don't need to spend 30-120 minutes getting to work and then the same getting home again. And the reduced stress that entails as well. Another is the added stress for those who are not "tech savvy" and need to rely upon others to set up and train them in these confusing systems. And a third that my colleagues have complained about is the stress and workload to move all materials online, often to unfamiliar systems like Campus and Sakai.
