Cheyanne Cierpial

Cheyanne Cierpial, Marketing + Communications Associate, joined the COE team in August 2019. She manages communication for COE, including social media, email campaigns, end-to-end event marketing, event scripts, website, and print collateral.

Cheyanne comes to COE most recently as a freelance writer and strategist. She’s also worked as a consultant at Columbus-based branding agency TENFOLD, where her work centered around helping clients see the big picture related to their business goals and help create strategic initiatives related to culture growth. By conducting qualitative research for clients, crafting analyses, and building brand and culture strategies, Cheyanne aided clients in defining and articulating their cultures as well as designing actionable strategies to improve cultures, manage through change, or protect their cultures during growth. Prior to TENFOLD, Cheyanne worked in marketing for Taylor Strategy Partners, a boutique recruiting and consulting firm focused in the life sciences. Cheyanne graduated summa cum laude from Denison University with bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Psychology.
