Meet Mayle Barr, a Combined BSBA/MAcc student from Naperville, IL.

Hi everyone! My name is Victoria Nordquist, and as of Fall 2021, I am a current Masters of Accounting student here at Fisher School of Business. As you may be able to tell from my post title, I did not complete my undergraduate at Ohio State. I went to the University of Miami in Florida. However, I am originally an Ohio native and I'm from a small town near Dayton so I grew up hearing all about the Buckeyes! 

It can be hard to find fun things to do around Columbus during a pandemic. These are a few of my favorite things to do when I need a break from school!

My transition from professional life to graduate life.

Ken Bouyer, E&Y Americas Director of Inclusiveness Recruiting, gave our MAcc students a lecture about how to work in a diverse environment with a global mind-set. As a global candidate myself, I cannot agree more on this idea. During my two-years studying in America, I have learned how to be open-minded and embrace the differences.
