Traci Gillen is a second-year MHRM student at Ohio State's Fisher College of Business. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Ohio State as well. She has a strong interest in Talent Development and Talent Acquisition and hopes to pursue a career in those functions of HR. In her free time she enjoys traveling, music, cooking, and crafting.
