Shauna Durant
Shauna Durant is a Senior Talent & Training Specialist at Grange Insurance where she focuses on associate development across the enterprise. This work includes leadership programs for high potential associates, new leadership onboarding, administration of various development assessments and trainings focused on the key competencies necessary to drive the business. She started her training career providing technical training to Commercial Lines associates focusing on new associate onboarding, product training and she helped design and deliver system training on the largest transformation project in company history. Prior to training, she spent 15 + years in Commercial Underwriting and Product Development.
Shauna attended Bowling Green State University where she obtained her degree in Sociology with a minor in Business Administration. She is a certified Myers Briggs Practitioner, graduated from Grange's Emerging Leaders Program, and currently serves as the co-chair for Grange’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisory Council. She is actively involved in Grange’s Women’s Associate Resource Group, having served as the chair from 2020 – 2022.
Outside of work, Shauna enjoys working out, reading (especially when it is on a beach) and watching her daughter play golf. She is actively involved in her church and daughter’s school and is a regular volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House of Central Ohio.
