Kelly Smith

After learning to fly her senior year of high school, Kelly Smith attended The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University and majored in Operations Management with a minor in Aviation. She flew for the OSU Flight Team and was an officer in the Aviation Fraternity. Her career continued in Aviation while obtaining her Masters in Business Administration. 

After completing her Masters, Kelly landed a role in the NetJets Supply Chain and was selected for the leadership development program, which allowed her to learn other areas of the business while focusing on personal development.

Since then, Kelly has been an IT Application Manager and has loved bringing a fresh perspective on leadership to the role. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two young daughters, husband, and dog, as well as riding bikes and watching hockey.
