Chhevi Sharma is a management consultant with 25+ years of experience designing and deploying continuous improvement practices in environmental, health, safety, and security (EHSS) compliance, product regulatory affairs, quality management, and operational excellence. She has also certified chemical manufacturing plants, distribution facilities, and office headquarters to EHS&S management system standards such as RCMS, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, and other continual improvement systems. Chhevi has implemented enabling IT and ERP solutions as a project and change manager as well as built-out a global Lean-Six-Sigma program to achieve cost-savings and performance improvements. Her subject-matter expertise in chemicals compliance with regulatory requirements of the US EPA, OSHA, FDA, USDA, and other standard-setting bodies, extends to development of broader corporate sustainability and governance strategies and initiatives aligned with the UN Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs).
