Brodie Riordan, PhD
Brodie Riordan, PhD, is an industrial/organizational psychologist, executive coach, and part-time professor at Georgetown University. Her career has included global leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, CEB, and McKinsey & Company. Brodie is the principal at Ocular, a coaching and consulting practice, where she works with individual clients and organizations on some of their gnarliest leadership, talent, and performance challenges. Brodie is also an executive coach with The Boda Group, a global executive coaching firm (part of BTS). Brodie has authored or co-authored a few books, including, Feedback Fundamentals and Evidence-Based Best Practices, Using Feedback in Organizational Consulting (with Paul Levy), The Coaching Shift (with Shonna Waters), and Industrial-Organizational Psychology: Understanding the Workplace (with Paul Levy & Alison O’Malley). She completed her MA and PhD at The University of Akron and her coach training at Georgetown University and is an ICF-certified executive coach.
