Kevin Yania
Kevin Yania is the Operational Excellence Manager for Grange Enterprise. His role is to provide the strategic direction of Operational Excellence capability by leveraging process improvement, RPA and BPO. Kevin has worked in the insurance industry for over 17 years, 15 of which in the process improvement space. Kevin has experience leading large transformational projects across both business and technology. His passion for process improvement includes coaching and mentoring associates to achieve their Green Belt Certifications. Finally, Kevin represents Grange Insurance as a board member for Ohio State University’s Center for Operational Excellence.
Kevin obtained his B.A. in Political Science from Bowling Green State University and his Master of Business Operational Excellence from Ohio State University – Fisher College of Business. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Prosci Change Manager and Scrum Alliance Agile Leader.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys his time traveling to new places with his wife, Aimee. He attempts to cook through inspiration from the Great British Baking Show. When he is not traveling or cooking, Kevin is taking care of Max (Alaskan Malamute) and Ruby (Great Pyrenees Mix) – 220 pounds of fur and slobber.
