Joe Boroi

Joe Boroi is a design and technology leader deployed as a Field CTO for IBM’s software and hardware division, supporting retail, CPG, and distribution clients across Ohio and western Pennsylvania. With nearly 20 years of experience, he has led cross-functional teams of architects, designers, engineers, data scientists, and analysts to deliver innovative solutions for complex challenges. Joe has advised some of the world’s largest organizations and brings a unique perspective shaped by his service as a U.S. Army officer where he earned Bronze Star as a Mechanized Infantry Platoon Leader. He is the author of several books on leadership, transformation, and technology adoption and currently resides in Columbus, Ohio.
