Jessica Malagisi
Jessica Malagisi currently serves as the Director of Organizational Change Management at Grange Insurance where she provides strategic oversight of the enterprise OCM function. Jessica has worked at Grange Insurance since 2011 and has held a variety of roles in that time. She started in Personal Lines Underwriting and quickly learned she had a passion for helping people learn the job and grow in their career. After developing a new associate training program from scratch and serving in multiple training roles across the business, she transitioned into leading the training function for our Commercial and Personal Lines departments. From there, she went on to lead the training rollout for the largest transformation project in company history. She also held an interim role for the Digital team where she served as an Experience Product Owner delivering a strategic roadmap for how we transform our transaction-based communications with agents. In 2021, she was chosen to lead enterprise organizational change management where she is focused on driving internal change capability, increasing awareness of how the OCM function benefits the enterprise, and increasing the maturity of the OCM frameworks, tools, and metrics.
Jessica attended Wittenberg University where she obtained her degree in Psychology with Theatre and Music minors (her other great passions). She also obtained her Charted Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, graduated from Grange's Emerging Leaders Program and is currently participating in a development program for high potential leaders, was recognized in 2019 as one of the Emerging Training Leaders to Watch by Training Magazine, and received a 2020 Annual Accolades award through Grange Insurance’s enterprise-wide recognition program. She has a passion for presenting and has presented on training and development topics for local and national organizations.
Outside of her day job, Jessica enjoys keeping busy, giving back, and surrounding herself with her other passions. She currently serves on the Advisory Council for ShadowboxLive, the Executive Women's Series Committee for WELD-Women for Economic & Leadership Development, the Grange Gives Committee, and various committees in the Grange Women’s Leadership ARG. She enjoys spending time with her favorite person in the world, her husband Joey and their cat, Scarlet. They love traveling, movies, exploring all the newest places in Columbus, and making music together in their acoustic duo, Joey & Jessica.
