Mrinalini Gadkari

Mrinalini Gadkari is a senior lecturer in The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business with over a decade of clinical and administrative experience in health care.

A family physician by trade, she discovered her passion for hospital management while working in a hospital in India on quality and safety issues involving communication among doctors and nurses.

Mrinalini came to the U.S. from India nine years ago and spent time at the John’s Hopkins Bayview Medical Center before a five-year stint at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute helping teams apply lean principles to improve efficiency and safety. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Nagpur University of India, where she received her medical doctorate. She also has a master’s in health services administration from George Washington University. Mrinalini enjoys chi running, yoga, hiking, writing, and singing Bollywood covers.
