Nancy Giordano, Bestselling Author

Angus Fletcher, Author and Professor of Story Science

Angus Fletcher is an award-winning teacher, bestselling author, and one of the world’s foremost scholars on the science of storytelling. His research into courage and creativity has been called “life-changing” by Brene Brown and “mind-blowing” by Malcolm Gladwell, and he is currently working with teams in the US military’s special operations community and faculty at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business to crack more of the secrets of creative leadership and courageous organizations. Ryan Day, Head Football Coach of The Ohio State University Buckeyes

Ryan Day just completed his third full season as head coach of fan-favorite, The Ohio State Buckeyes. He is the first Ohio State coach to win Big Ten championships in his first two years as coach (2019 and 2020) and he has also set the standard by leading Ohio State into the College Football Playoffs for two consecutive years followed by their 2021 Rose Bowl win. Day is the first Ohio State coach in 40 years to be named Big Ten Conference Coach of the Year, and he earned the honor in 2019 by coaching, developing and leading one of the best teams ever in school history. At the 2022 COE Summit, Coach Ryan Day will share his leadership insights on developing a winning team and his continual strive for excellence.
