Greetings! My name is Ty Shepfer and I have the privilege of serving as the Director of The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business preeminent leadership program, the Honors Cohort. As an alumnus of the program, I am fully invested in the creation of a transformational MBA-like experience for a small group of select undergraduates and continuing the Cohort legacy of producing excellent business leaders.

You may be curious about whether you are a good fit for our program. Students in Cohort excel inside and outside of the classroom, they are team players and leaders at the University, the College and their community. Cohort students have an unquenchable thirst to learn and this curiosity is fueled by an understanding that the learning process is a life-long journey. The Program selects a diverse set of students with varying backgrounds, majors and perspectives, which we believe is a key strength of the program. While the Cohort curriculum will provide a theoretical lens to business topics, our focus is on action-based learning and the firm belief that the best way to learn is by doing.

The Cohort Program has a long standing tradition of placing students in top firms and we leverage our growing alumni network and the larger Buckeye community to help make that happen. I encourage you to learn more about the Program by exploring our webpage. If you have specific questions, do not hesitate to reach out to me.

Sincerely,

Ty Shepfer
