The Leadership Legacy: Building Talent for Organizational Success

Take a step back and assess what you want to be remembered for as a business leader. Through The Leadership Legacy: Building Talent for Organizational Success course you will consider what you want to achieve for yourself and for your organization. And you will aim to build a strong foundation for your leadership style. The Leadership Legacy is a commanding approach to developing leaders who are inspired and driven toward relevant goals aligned with their personal and organizational missions. The Leadership Legacy program at Fisher College of Business is a series of classes on core leadership competencies designed for a team of individuals. All sessions are taught by top Fisher faculty who are experts in their fields -- including Strategy, Leadership, Finance, Talent Management, Innovation, Power Influence and Negotiations, and Values. The same faculty instructors who deliver this program also teach in the Executive MBA, which is ranked 14th in the world by BusinessWeek Magazine. Throughout the course participants take a look at their values, their organization and the life influences that drive them. Companies can use this course as a foundation, and then add more leadership development activities such as individual and organizational assessments, more classes, performance and project coaching, and simulations. Fees for add on services is based on the specific service. Using this course is a great way to build a program to suit your competencies and budget. For organizations that may only have four to six individuals in need of leadership training, this model provides a customized high-quality learning experience, that can be aligned with the organization’s strategic development goals. We recommend sending a team of individuals who are in a succession planning program or have been indentified for further leader development as part of your talent review process.

The program fee is $7,200 per person. Noting the team nature of the program we are offering discounts for additional individuals attending as part of the team.
