Jack Liebersohn joined Fisher in 2018. He earned his Ph.D. in Finance from the M.I.T Sloan School of Management. He also holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Amherst College.

Jack’s research is about empirical corporate finance, with a focus on banking and real estate. Ongoing research projects study the real effects of debt renegotiation in real estate markets, the causes of the 2000-2006 housing boom, and origins of high-frequency changes in housing prices.
