Whether enthusiastically educating graduate students in the art of negotiation, researching myriad of leading-edge topics, or lending his expertise to NASA, Robert Lount has been busy.

Lount, an associate professor of Management and Human Resources at Fisher, was recently named to Poets & Quants’ Best 40-Under-40 Professorslist for 2016—recognition of his enthusiasm, curiosity and dedication to business education at Fisher.

The list recognizes young professors who have made contributions to his/her respective fields, greatly influence business practices and trends, and made remarkable impacts on students.

“Professor Lount’s negotiations class is the perfect blend of theory and real-world application," said MBA candidate Anna Klatt. "His enthusiasm for teaching and his support of his students enhances our academic experience and prepares us for success as business and community leaders. I took the class to work on my fear of negotiation, and I gained the confidence to identify solutions or agreements that maximize the interests of all parties involved."
