Fisher’s Specialized Master in Finance (SMF) curriculum will give you the analytical and soft skills you need to have a successful professional career in today’s global financial markets.

Meet the Program Director

Professor George Pinteris

Professor George Pinteris is Associate Clinical Professor of Finance and Academic Director of the Specialized Master in Finance program. Prior to joining Fisher College, he was Academic Director of the Illinois MSF program. He teaches courses in corporate finance at both the undergraduate and graduate level. Pinteris is the recipient of the Pace Setters Award for graduate teaching at Fisher College and has been recognized three times as the Outstanding Faculty Member in the SMF program. He was highly involved in establishing and participating in student academic challenges, including the annual James A. Gentry Case Competition in Corporate Finance and the MSF Investment Challenge.
