Michael Schrader is the Site Leader for Bausch & Lomb’s (B&L) sterile eye care
manufacturing plant in Greenville, South Carolina. This plant is the largest
aseptic fill site in the B&L network. His current assignment started in Sept of
2013 and prior to this, he was responsible for B&L’s Global Engineering
organization which provided capital improvements, product scale-up, and
manufacturing support to all factories. Prior to joining B&L Mr. Schrader's held a
variety of positions within Eastman Kodak. His career has toggled between R&D
and manufacturing positions including process engineering, product
development, plant management, and global technical responsibilities. Mr.
Schrader obtained a BS in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College. His
continuing education includes completing an executive program at the University
of Michigan Business School and an innovation/technology management
program from the University of Virginia.
