Innovation Practice will be offered for companies interested in how to create or refine an organization that powers ongoing development of new products, new markets and business model ideas from inception through commercialization.

Speakers: Doug Smith, "The Skills of Happiness" and Cathy Lewis, 3D Systems

Doug Smith, former CEO Kraft General Foods and Chairman/CEO Borden Foods Corp., has dedicated himself to learning about, practicing and sharing that which enables people to live and lead abundantly. Doug will give a talk entitled "The Skills of Happiness."    

Cathy Lewis is the Chief Marketing Officer at 3D Systems Corporation. As the unchallenged leader in 3D content-to-print, Lewis is placing special emphasis on creating awareness and generating demand as 3D Systems expands well beyond its current customer set and commercial offerings to lower cost 3D printing, 3D scanning and authoring tools, direct end use parts production and most recently into the consumer category.
