Cancellation / Substitution Policy
- Cancellations: Full refunds, minus a 10% administrative fee, are available for cancellations made through March 14. Starting on March 15, cancellations are refunded at 50% of the fee. After March 29, refunds cannot be processed for cancellations.
- Subtitutions: Substitutions may be made at any time, at no additional cost. To begin the process, contact Matt Burns at firstname.lastname@example.org.
