Graduate students from all educational disciplines are encouraged to apply for these internships.

The number of interns placed each year is dictated by:

  • The number of qualified opportunities,
  • The pool of qualified candidates, and
  • Available funding

These summer internship positions are PROJECT BASED. The host company will define a specific project to be completed by the intern. Start and end dates are flexible and are agreed upon by the intern and the host company; the internship project should be completed within the approximate timeframe of 5/13/19 to 8/3/19.

Award $7,000 – Selected students will receive a scholarship award of $7,000, to be awarded as follows: $3,500 at the start of the project and $3,500 when the project is completed. Note: This is a scholarship award and will be included in your Cost of Attendance. Students may not receive financial aid in excess of the annual cost of attendance (COA)* at Ohio State. Students can access their Cost of Attendance via the following path in Buckeyelink: My Account/Account Inquiry/Financial Aid/Aid Year (select the current year)/SFA Status.
