As an applicant to Ohio State/Fisher, it can be confusing to keep track of the different websites, usernames and passwords that you need to monitor your application and admission status and to get important information about the program once admitted. Hopefully this will help to point you in the right direction if you can’t remember where you are supposed to go and how to get there!
Apply Yourself is the application system that we use for your PhD application. You created an account to manage your application to the program and you visit this site to check your application status. This is the place to go when you are confirming that we have received your application materials or checking to see what you are missing.
The Applicant Center is the site you go to when you want to check your admission status. Once an admission decision has been made, it will be updated at this site. You will receive an email with your username (OSU ID) and a temporary password for this site once you submit an application to the program. If you have forgotten your username and/or password for this site, you may email email@example.com and you will receive the information again. If you do contact 8help, please let them know that you are requesting your log-in information for the Applicant Center.
This is a restricted website for admitted students to the PhD program. Once you are offered admission to the program, you will be given instructions for logging on to the Gateway. This is the website that will provide all of the important information you need to know between now and the time you enroll at Fisher in the fall.
