A Summer Break Before My Internship?

What more could a girl ask for?

Well it is all over and done. After 3 final exams and a final project I am on summer break! I am so excited to have some downtime to spend before I start my internship with Abercrombie & Fitch on June 27th!  Until then I have three major plans.  I guess you could say I have a short “Bucket List” that I want to accomplish from now until June 27th

  • First, I want to enjoy sleeping in  and relaxing before I start my days at 8AM!  I plan on taking full advantage of every opportunity to plop down in front of my TV and catch up on some great recorded episodes of Criminal Minds (I’m slightly obsessed with this show).
  • Second, I am going to see my ALL TIME favorite band in concert.  Don’t judge me for my love of Pop music, but I am going to see The Backstreet Boys live in concert with New Kids on the Block in Chicago on June 18th!  I cried when I saw BSB in concert in the 4th grade, 12th grade and probably will again this year. I also am very excited to visit Chicago. I have never been there before and am looking forward to exploring the city with a couple friends who will be going with me!  Things to do in Chicago

My fiance, Alex, and I at an OSU game

  • Third, I want to get some wedding plans finalized, and spend quality time with my fiancé, Alex.  I am getting married next May, so in the next couple weeks I will hopefully be booking a DJ, florist, photographer, etc.

I hope everyone is enjoying the beginning of their summer vacation, internship or continuation of work! If you have any suggestions for what I should do in Chicago or potential wedding vendors I would love to hear them!

I love that you created a tag for the Back Street Boys. I wonder if anyone else will use the BSB tag this summer . . . :) have fun in Chicago.
