My Fisher Internship
Summer time and the living is Nestle

Written by:

Hey millions of fans and followers! (Well, maybe not yet, but I’m sure by the time I’m done I’ll be selling ad space like I’m Mark Zuckerberg)

Does  starting off the summer by flying to a summit in Palm Springs, California and living in an apartment on the gorgeous shore of Lake Michigan sound like something you might be interested in?  Then do I have the blog for you!

My name is Sara Weil, and I will be interning with Nestle USA in Fremont, MI with their Gerber division doing procurement (purchasing).  Last summer, I interned with Bare Escentuals in Columbus as an operations intern, and the summer prior to that I volunteered with migrant children in Tel Aviv, Israel, so I am very excited for a new change of scenery with a very cool company!

So that is what I do, now let me tell you who I am!  Let’s get the boring out of the way first: I am going to be a senior (I have a major Peter Pan problem–I can’t grow up!), I am majoring in marketing and economics and minoring in Hebrew, and I am from Cincinnati, OH–whodey!

I love my puppy, Holden!

I love world travel! I went to Shanghai over spring break!

Okay, boring part is over.  I have a skyline obsession.  I love HGTV; my future dream is to buy an old house (you can’t trust new builders–they put no love into their craftsmanship!) and renovate it completely, starting with the kitchen.  I love scrabble, scategories, Harry Potter and crossword puzzles; sometimes nerdy things can be fun.

I can’t wait for this summer to get started!
