First day of Winter Quarter

Yesterday was the first day of Winter quarter. This quarter I have classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 – 7:48 and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 – 9:48. I am somewhat curious to see how I end up liking this schedule compared to last quarter’s schedule of back to back classes.

It will also be a little easier for me to focus on school this quarter since the college football season is pretty much over and the Blue Jackets pretty much have no chance of making the Stanley Cup Playoffs. All that leaves is OSU basketball. Today there are rumors circulating that Evan Turner will return to action tomorrow against Indiana. We need him back ASAP!

Lastly, if you like alternative music you should tune into CD101 (101.1) this week. They are doing their annual top 2010 songs countdown which plays the top 2010 most requested songs in the station’s history (about 20 years). They are currently in the 600s and its a lot of fun to hear songs that I loved in high school and haven’t heard in a while. You can also listen online at www.cd101.com

That’s all for now. Enjoy the music!
