Learn more about us at Fisher Season Premiere!

Each year we host a select number of prospective MBA candidates on campus to preview the Fisher MBA experience at our Fisher Season Premiere event.  This year the event will be held on October 24-25, 2014.  Fisher Season Premiere gives you access to the recruiting and admissions team, career management staff, current students, faculty and alumni.  You will gain insight into the academic, leadership and global opportunities at Fisher, as well as the career opportunities available to you as a Fisher graduate.  You will also get a sense of student life and culture at Fisher and Ohio State.

Fisher Season Premiere is an invitation-only event, targeted at candidates from outside of Central Ohio who have a more difficult time getting to campus for a traditional visit during the week.  Candidates who are invited to attend Premiere can also conduct their evaluative admissions interviews while they are here on Friday, October 24 or Monday, October 27.

We look forward to seeing you next month!

Another successful Fisher Season Premiere

Those of you that got the chance to participate in our Fisher Season Premiere event this past weekend certainly got to see us at our finest.  We welcomed an outstanding group of prospective Fisher MBA candidates on campus for a jam-packed day of learning, team-building, networking, socializing and, of course, eating!

Highlights from the day included:

In case you missed it, we were live tweeting from the event at #FisherSeasonPremiere, so you can look us up on Twitter.

Here are a few photos that captured the weekend’s activities:

Fisher Season Premiere Success!

I am happy to report that we enjoyed another successful Fisher Season Premiere event this past weekend.  Over 50 impressive prospective MBA candidates joined us on campus for a day that was chock full of events and activities that helped provide an overview of the Fisher MBA program and gave access to faculty, staff, current students and alumni who were on hand to provide their insight and perspective on Fisher and Ohio State.

If you missed the event, no worries – you can always attend our next information session on campus (December 10) or visit for your on-campus interview.   Our on-campus interviews are very comprehensive and are another fantastic way to get a good preview of Fisher.  At minimum, they include an evaluative interview with a member of the admissions staff, an informational interview with a member of the career management staff, the opportunity to sit in on a class, lunch with current students, and a tour of the Fisher campus.  Our interviews are invitation only, yet every student who is ultimately admitted to Fisher will have had an interview to the program.  As an added bonus, all admitted students are invited to attend our Fisher Red Carpet Event in the spring, so you will have yet another excuse to visit us in Columbus prior to the start of the program!

Check out our new website!

Hopefully you noticed the new Fisher MBA website!  It was designed to get you the information you need easily and quickly.  I wanted to point out a few key features:

1) The Ask Admissions button – click on this link to fill out a quick interest form and be contacted by a member of our MBA Recruiting and Admissions team.

2)  The Events section – review this section periodically to make sure you aren’t missing out on important events – Fisher Season Premiere is coming soon.  Request an invitation today!

3) The Connect with Fisher section – this section outlines all of the ways you can connect with us to learn more about the MBA program.

If you already know Fisher is in your future, you may “Pass GO and go directly to” (hopefully you got the Monopoly reference)… my favorite button:
