|EMBA Receives Top Scores, Ranking in The Wall Street Journal
Fisher’s Executive MBA (EMBA) program was ranked third in a Wall Street Journal international ranking that measured classmate learning experience as well as overall excellence in “helping to shape and build strong managers and leaders,” the newspaper reported in its Sept. 30, 2010 edition.
Of the 25 schools ranked, Fisher’s EMBA program scored in the top third in every category including quality of program, faculty, classmate experience and coursework. In the Journal’s 2008 survey, the program was ranked 21 overall and third in “return on investment.”
“The Wall Street Journal’s executive MBA rankings are based on three elements: how a school scored in a survey of recent EMBA graduates, how it fared in a survey of companies familiar with EMBA programs; and how well it imparted management and leadership skills identified as crucial in the surveys of recent graduates and companies,” according to an article in the newspaper.
