KeyBank Leadership and Creativity Undergraduate Student Symposium
Minority students from across the nation gathered at Fisher in November for the KeyBank Leadership and Creativity Undergraduate Student Symposium, designed to directly address the needs of recruiters.

“Business recruiters that regularly visit Fisher have told us that they expect students to work with data using Excel, and be able to make solid business presentations using those data,” said H. Rao Unnava, associate dean of undergraduate programs. “They also told us that they value creativity and entrepreneurial thinking in students … This symposium is unique in bringing all those skills together.”

The fourth-annual event was organized by Fisher’s Office of Minority Student Services.

45 students from 17 universities participated in skill-building sessions with Fisher professors and staff, a panel discussion with Fisher alumni, and a case competition
