James "Jim" Miller returned to lead the efforts of Fisher's Office of Advancement as Associate to the Dean in November 2015. Jim previously served the college in the "Affirm Thy Friendship" campaign and was with the college when Max M. Fisher made his naming gift. Jim works closely with many groups across the college and university to ensure we are delivering on our goals as set forth by Dean Anil K. Makhija.
Associate Director of Alumni Relations
Amanda Ritchey develops and implements alumni activities, programs and services to promote alumni engagement both on and off campus for the Fisher College of Business. She manages Fisher Global Council, Fisher Alumni Board, and other alumni-related events like Fisher Alumni Awards.
Senior Director of External Partnerships
Mike Durik serves as Senior Director of Development of External Partnerships at Fisher College of Business. In this role, he leads all corporate engagement efforts at Fisher and finds meaningful ways for companies to engage with the college.
Matthew “Matt” Meyer serves as Senior Director of Development at Fisher College of Business. In this role, he leads a team of fundraising professionals who partner with Fisher’s leadership and academic units to secure private support for the college.
David Chambliss has more than nine years’ experience in higher education development and has been with the Fisher College of Business since 2013. He spends the majority of his time building and maintaining relationships with alumni on the east coast of the United States and in the Columbus/Dayton/Northwest Ohio region.
Jenn Dougherty has been with the Fisher College of Business since 2008. She spends her time building relationships with donors primarily in the Central Ohio region, manages the college's multi-media giving platforms and works with companies on their employee giving programs.
Amy Milbourne serves as Director of Development for Fisher College of Business. She focuses on generating private support as well as strengthening relationships with Fisher alumni and the business community in Cincinnati and in the western part of the United States.
Kevin D. Beran joined the Fisher College of Business Advancement Team in early 2017. Kevin spends the majority of his time developing and maintaining relationships with alumni in Central Ohio and the Cleveland, Ohio, regions.
Emma Geering joined the Fisher Advancement team in early 2017. She has previous fundraising experience at Penn State University, as well as higher education experience at the Juilliard School. She currently focuses on building and maintaining relationships with Fisher constituents in the Central Ohio market.
Joe Arnold is the senior writer on the Fisher marketing and communications team. He works closely with faculty, staff and leadership to conceptualize, draft, edit and present highly-focused materials for use in marketing, communications and fundraising. He also produces and edits high-level and executive correspondence across multiple platforms for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining and reinforcing the Fisher College of Business brand. He manages all news and media inquiries.
