In each of our degree programs, the Department of Management and Human Resources offers some specialized concentrations. Moreover, the Department has principle responsibility for a graduate program in human resources.

Undergraduate Programs

Undergraduate students work with their Academic Advisor to develop an individualized plan. Specializations provide in-depth course work with a focus on a specific area of study in business. As a business major, you may select one of 12 specializations. The Department of Management and Human Resources offers the following two specializations:

  • International Business

Combined Programs

The BSBA/MHRM program is an opportunity for current Fisher undergraduate human resources students to complete their undergraduate and graduate degrees within five years, instead of the traditional six. As a BSBA/MHRM student, you'll find access to better recruiting opportunities and a higher average salary than traditional undergraduate students.
