Conference Registration Information

Registration Fee

The non-refundable conference registration fee covers:
            Admittance to the conference sessions and conference materials
            Optional Friday afternoon activities
            Transportation to the optional Friday night dinner 
            Continental breakfast, snacks, and lunch on Saturday
            Saturday evening reception
            Continental breakfast on Sunday

The registration fee is:
            $140  Student Rate (Must show valid student ID on-site; available only during early registration - before September 6, 2010)
            $190  Early Registration (payment form received on or before September 6, 2010)
            $225  Pre-Registration (payment form received on or before October 28, 2010)
            $275  On-site Registration (after October 28, 2010 you must register on-site)
Registration is not complete until your fee has been processed.

Methods of Payment

Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) or by checks in U.S. funds drawn on U.S. banks. Checks should be made payable to: The Ohio State University. Returned checks are subject to a penalty fee of at least $25. Purchase orders and wire transfers cannot be accepted. Payment forms sent without complete payment will not be processed. An email will be sent confirming registration after payment is processed. Hard copy receipts will be provided at the conference.

How to Register

Conference registration is a two step process. You must first complete and submit the online Registration Form, You must then print out and complete the registration Payment Form, which must be submitted by mail or fax to complete your registration.
