I am an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business. I joined Fisher in July 2009. Before joining Fisher, I received my B.S. in Operations Research (with a minor in Economics) from the Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science at Columbia University in May 2003 and my Ph.D. in Financial Economics from the Sloan School of Management at MIT in June 2009.

My research mainly focuses on Corporate Bonds, both in Structural Models of Default and Liquidity, but I am also interested in Empirical Asset Pricing in general and interlinkages between asset markets. I have also dabbled a bit in Empirical Corporate Finance, studying Investment Banks.
