The Ohio State University offers an exceptional tuition assistance program for current university employees.
The main features of this program are:
- Pays for up to 10 credit hours of classes per quarter
- Maximum credit of $5,625 per quarter
- Any fees above $5,625, the employee will have to pay the difference
- The tuition benefit is taxable when total credit exceeds $5,250 per year, but a tax exempt form can be completed every quarter to keep from having tax deducted from your paycheck if you meet the qualifications on the form.
Employees of The Ohio State University Medical Center have a slightly different tuition assistance program. For more information on the Medical Center’s program please click here.
To take advantage of either the Ohio State University’s or Medical Center’s benefit, you must be admitted into the MBA Program and enroll in classes. The admission requirements are the same as any other applicant to the program.
