Staff Advisory Committee
The current Staff Advisory Committee subcommittees focus on the following areas; please contact the listed Staff Advisory Committee Ambassador for more information about a specific subcommittee!
- Community Outreach Committee
- SAC Ambassador - Alisa McMahon
- This committee will focus on identifying volunteer and/or charitable opportunities within central Ohio and further advancing Fisher staff involvement.
- Employee Relations Committee
- SAC Ambassadors - Amanda Brahier and Megan Ellis
- This committee focus on providing networking opportunities for Fisher staff through topical lunches, academic department/support unit activities, and other programs (e.g. book club, golf club, poker club).
- Green / Sustainability Committee
- SAC Ambassador - Ben Moore
- This newly created committee will focus on identifying opportunities for staff to participate in green/sustainable practices such as recycling, ride sharing, using environmentally friendly products, etc.
- New Employee Committee
- SAC Ambassador - Jerri Sutton
- This committee explores the viability of providing new employees with Fisher College tours, creating a new staff directory, providing staff with more detailed information about the people and departments within the college and more.
- Staff Recognition Committee
- SAC Ambassador - Lisa Bare
- This committee has planned and organized a staff recognition program which incorporates formal and informal recognition with the existing recognition for years of service.
- Technology Training Committee
- SAC Ambassador - Jason Hart
- Lead by IT Services, this committee investigates ways to provide computer training for employees on the Fisher campus. Will identify the software/technology training most desired by staff and how to best meet those training needs in a convenient, learning-friendly environment.
