Biography

Professor Chandrasekaran received the Carlson School Dissertation Fellowship, the Joseph M. Juran Center for Leadership in Quality Fellowship, and the Carlson School of Management Teaching Award for Excellence in Teaching. His research focuses on managing incremental and radical innovation in hightechnology organizations, including product and process innovation and multilevel issues in operations management. He recently published an article entitled “In Pursuit of Implementation Patterns: the Context of Lean and Six Sigma” in the International Journal of Production Research. His research on “The Process and Exchange of Knowledge in Operations Management” has been conditionally accepted in the Journal of Operations Management.
