Bennett J. Tepper
Professor, Management & Human Resources
Bennett J. Tepper joins the Department of Management and Human Resources as a full professor. Tepper comes from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University, where he was a professor of managerial sciences and held a Board of Advisors Professorship. Tepper earned his PhD (organizational psychology) and MS (organizational psychology) from the University of Miami and his BS (psychology) from The Ohio State University.
Tepper’s research interests focus on interpersonal work behavior and how it relates to performance.
His research has been published in The Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Journal of Management. Tepper is also an associate editor of The Academy of Management Journal. At Georgia State University, he taught courses on power in organizations, leadership and organization change, and organizational behavior. He is also a fellow of the Southern Management Association, American Psychological Association, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
