Biography

Anthony J. Rucci is a former executive officer with three FORTUNE 100 companies— Baxter International, Sears Roebuck and Co. and Cardinal Health. Rucci received the 2008 Distinguished Human Resource Executive Award from the Academy of Management’s Human Resources Division.

He has managed corporate strategy, investor relations, government affairs, corporate branding, procurement, human resources, ethics, security, real estate and aviation at a global level. In addition, Rucci has been chairman of the board of Sears de Mexico and dean of the business college at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Published in many journals including the Harvard Business Review and FORTUNE magazine, he has frequently been interviewed and cited by major media outlets, including Fast Company, The Wall Street Journal and USA Today. An editorial board member for several professional journals and a frequently sought speaker, he has received numerous professional recognitions and awards.
