Biography

Professor Lount’s research examines methods to improve interpersonal decision making and group performance. His research has been published in such journals as Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes and Journal of Personality and Social Psychology.

He formerly taught at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he earned his PhD and master’s degree in management and organizations. He also taught at the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University.
